A clear, well-lit photo helps us create the best result - but don’t worry, we can work with most photos. If we need a better one, we’ll reach out to you via email.

Yes. We send a digital preview of your custom artwork before it goes into production. This gives you a chance to approve the design or request changes.

Yes. You can order a high-resolution digital version of your custom pet artwork in two ways:

You can purchase a digital download only, which is perfect if you want the artwork file without ordering a physical product.

Or, if you’re ordering a physical poster, you can add the digital download as an extra for $10 USD. This gives you a high-quality file of your finished artwork that you can keep forever and use for personal purposes.

Digital downloads are great for phone wallpapers, sharing with family, printing an extra copy, or creating personal items like a canvas, mug, phone case, or other keepsakes of your choice.

After you place your order, our team uses your uploaded pet photo to create a custom piece of artwork. Before your item is printed or produced, we’ll send you a digital preview so you can review it and request adjustments if needed. Once you approve the design, your order moves into production.

Yes! Dogs and cats are the most common, but we can create custom artwork for many kinds of pets, including rabbits, horses, birds, guinea pigs, and more. We can also create portraits that include a pet and their owner, making them a great option for gifts, memorial pieces, or keepsakes.

Yes. Many of our products allow more than one pet in the design. Choose the correct number of pets from the product options before placing your order. For larger groups or special layouts, please contact us first so we can confirm what’s possible.

Yes. If you prefer a cleaner design without text, you can leave the name field blank or write “No name”.

Priority Artwork Review is an optional $10 USD add-on that moves your artwork request closer to the front of our design queue. In most cases, your preview will be ready within 24 hours. During busy periods like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Father’s Day, it may take up to 48 hours.

This speeds up the artwork review stage only. It does not change the shipping method or carrier transit time.

Yes, of course! You can add a short phrase, date, nickname, or memorial message. Keep it short for the cleanest design result.

Yes. Custom pet products make great gifts for birthdays, holidays, memorials, new pet owners, and pet lovers in general. You can ship the order directly to the recipient if you enter their address at checkout. No receipt or product pricing will be included in the package.

In most cases, we can include gift notes. If none are in stock or we are not able to include a note for any reason, you will be informed via email.

Ordering & Changes

If you need to update your photo, pet name, product option, or shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We begin working on custom orders quickly, so changes may not be possible once the artwork or production process has started.

Custom orders are usually processed quickly, so cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. If your artwork has not yet been started, we may be able to cancel your order. Once the artwork or production process has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. We can only update the shipping address if the order has not yet entered production or shipping preparation.

Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

Production & Shipping

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Available shipping options and delivery estimates will appear at checkout after you enter your address.

Production begins after your artwork preview is approved. The exact timeline depends on the product and current order volume. During busy gift seasons, production may take longer than usual.

Shipping times depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow the delivery. Most orders are delivered within 3 - 7 business days after approval of the design.

Sometimes, yes. However, if your order includes different product types, they may be produced or shipped separately. This means you may receive more than one package.

Returns, Replacements & Issues

Because each product is personalized and made specifically for your order, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges for custom items.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we review the issue, we’ll help arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
