Thank you for shopping with Paws & Keeps. We create custom pet portraits from the photo you provide. Because each order is personalized, our process includes an artwork preview and approval step before production and shipping.

Order Processing
After you place your order, our artists will begin preparing your custom artwork.
For most orders, we send an artwork preview within 24–48 hours after receiving your order and photo.
Production begins only after the artwork preview is approved. If revisions are requested, production will begin after the final design is approved.
Please note that delays in customer approval, photo quality issues, or revision requests may extend the total delivery time.
Production Time
After your artwork is approved, most physical orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Digital file orders are usually delivered by email after the final artwork is approved.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
After production is complete and the order has shipped, estimated delivery times are usually:
United States: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
Rest of world: delivery times may vary by destination
The estimated delivery date shown at checkout may include production and shipping time, but it can change depending on artwork approval, revisions, carrier delays, and local delivery conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If a free shipping offer is active, the conditions will be clearly shown on the website, product page, cart, or checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may be shipped in more than one package, especially if the order includes different product types or items fulfilled from different production locations. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Orders

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier or there is a clear delivery issue, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s rules.
These charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their local authorities.
Customs processing may also cause delivery delays that are outside our control.
